Apprentices
McNally & Thompson have taken on new apprentices for many years and 5 Apprentices have remained with us and are now permanent employees and a very important part of the team,a further 4 are at varying stages of their training with us. This proves that employers and Apprentices together showing a dynamic approach to training will reap the rewards.
We are proud to be able to say that one of them was awarded Apprentice of the year by JIB in 2005.
Director, Fred Hood, understands the benefits of taking on an Apprentice. He said: "We are committed to providing opportunities for young people. An Apprentice can become a real asset to any business and having them train and become qualified with us has enabled us to take on more work."
