Projects Completed:
Linskill Terrace, North Shields - a 3 storey block of accommodation consisting of 63 apartments for independent living and 4 bungalows. With an order value of £500K.

H21 new builds providing Extra Care Housing accommodation for the elderly. These projects include our input to communal services such as shops, hair salon, catering facilities and laundry areas.
Electrical services consist of warden call, ventilation, CCTV, Sky plus TV, fire alarms and telephone data cables. The systems are there to assist the elderly who are less able bodied with independent living.
All specialist requirements noted for Extra care facilities were considered with close negotiation with the client's own requirements to provide a fully serviced facility.
